Products Description
Definition of Integrated Five-Valve Manifold
The integrated five-valve manifold is composed of high-pressure valve, low-pressure valve, balance valve and two calibration (blowdown) valves. Five-valve manifold features elegant appearance, compact structure and reliable sealing. It can be installed in conjunction with various differential pressure/pressure transmitters, pressure instruments and other equipment, and is used for operations such as starting, stopping and discharging to control the flow, pressure, differential pressure and liquid level of fluids. Meanwhile, it facilitates online installation, commissioning, maintenance and inspection of instruments. The main structural models of the valve manifold include: Flat Type, T-Type, H-Type and Column Type. During operation, the two calibration valves and the balance valve should be closed. When calibration is required, simply shut off the high-pressure and low-pressure valves, open the balance valve and the two calibration valves, then close the balance valve to calibrate and balance the transmitter.
