Working Principle of Nitrogen Pressure Regulator
A nitrogen pressure regulator usually consists of an adjusting mechanism, a diaphragm, a balance spring, a lever mechanism and other components. According to its structure and working mode, nitrogen pressure regulators can be divided into various types such as diaphragm type, spring-diaphragm type, piston type, lever type and bellows type. In practical application, the core principle of the pressure regulator is to change the kinetic energy of the fluid through local throttling, thereby causing a change in pressure. By adjusting the throttling element, the pressure regulator controls the size of the fluid passage, thereby changing the flow rate and causing corresponding pressure loss to achieve pressure reduction.
