Products Description
Definition of Hydrogen Pressure Regulator
A hydrogen pressure regulator, also known as a hydrogen pressure regulating valve or a hydrogen pressure governor, generally refers to a device used in hydrogen pipelines or compressed hydrogen cylinders to reduce the inlet pressure of hydrogen to the required outlet pressure.
Hydrogen Cylinder Pressure Regulator: A pressure regulator that reduces the high-pressure gas in hydrogen cylinders to the low-pressure gas required for experiments and working conditions. Its inlet specification is generally W21.8 left-hand thread.
Hydrogen Pipeline Pressure Regulator: A pressure regulator that reduces the high-pressure gas in hydrogen pipelines to the low-pressure gas required for working conditions.

Functions of Hydrogen Pressure Regulator
1. Decompression Function: The gas stored in the cylinder is decompressed through the pressure regulator to reach the required working pressure.
2. Pressure Indication Function: The high-pressure gauge and low-pressure gauge of the pressure regulator display the high pressure inside the cylinder and the reduced working pressure value respectively.
3. Pressure Stabilization Function: The pressure of the gas in the cylinder gradually decreases as the gas is consumed, while gas welding and gas cutting require relatively stable gas working pressure. The pressure regulator can ensure the stable output of gas working pressure, so that the working pressure delivered from the low-pressure chamber does not change with the change of the high-pressure gas pressure in the cylinder.
Application Fields of Hydrogen Pressure Regulator
Adopting a piston-type pressure reduction structure, the hydrogen pressure regulator has stable outlet pressure. It is mainly used in key fields such as petrochemical industry, hydrogen energy, laboratories, scientific instruments, chemical fiber, lighting equipment, heat treatment, metallurgy, glass, food, pharmaceutical, electronics, national defense and aerospace, and aviation.
