Products Description
High-Pressure Three-Way Ball Valve Product Description
High-pressure three-way ball valves are divided into L-type and T-type. Imported high-pressure three-way ball valves are mainly used for the circulation and shut-off of oil in pipelines. They adopt forged valve bodies, embedded downstream valve seats, and valve stems with carburizing and hardening treatment. According to different material selections, they can meet the requirements of one-way or two-way sealing. The imported high-pressure three-way ball valve achieves directional control through a 90-degree rotation, or realizes directional control, flow splitting and merging through a 180-degree rotation. High-pressure three-way ball valves are widely used in high-pressure pipelines such as gas stations and tank trucks. Their connection forms include internal thread (G/NPT), welding, ferrule, etc. The pneumatic piston actuator adopts low-friction materials, and the inner and outer surfaces of the cylinder are subjected to hard anodizing anti-corrosion treatment, which greatly improves the service life of the cylinder.
Product Features of High-Pressure Three-Way Ball Valve
Compact structure, quick opening and closing, unobstructed flow channel, and small fluid resistance;
Sealing performance: Achieves leak-free sealing by utilizing the elastic deformation of the four-sided valve seat materials (PTFE, imported nylon, MTU);
Multi-purpose valve: Any port can be used as an inlet without leakage; the three-way port can be made into L-type or T-type;
Easy maintenance: After the system is depressurized, inspection and maintenance can be carried out without removing the entire valve body;
Pneumatic device or electric device can be installed.
