High-Pressure Flange Ball Valve Product Description
The high-pressure flange ball valve divides the valve body into three parts at the two valve seat positions along the section perpendicular to the axis of the valve channel. The Q41N high-pressure flange ball valve is symmetric left and right along the central axis of the valve stem. It is mainly used on pipelines to cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of the medium. The large pivot structure of the high-pressure flange ball valve ensures the accurate center position of the ball under high pressure and the good operating performance of the valve; the standard valve seat of the high-pressure flange ball valve adopts a spring structure, which pushes the valve seat to the ball, ensuring good bidirectional sealing performance at the inlet and outlet; using the built-in drain valve, the middle cavity of the valve body can be drained outward; the pivot adopts a blow-out prevention structure to effectively prevent leakage; the bearing with low friction coefficient reduces the torque to a minimum, facilitating the opening and closing of the valve; the effective contact between the valve stem and the valve body makes the anti-static grounding device have superior performance, etc. It has the advantages of excellent performance, high reliability, wide application and reasonable price. It is suitable for chemical, petroleum, natural gas, metallurgy and other industries, as well as long-distance natural gas pipelines containing hydrogen sulfide medium, many impurities and severe corrosion.
Performance Features of High-Pressure Flange Ball Valve
Fire-Safe Structure: When the trunnion ball valve is in normal use, it has a capped valve seat, spherical surface, O-ring of the valve seat retainer and a capped body, which are soft seals and ensure reliable sealing. When the valve seat and O-ring are damaged, the valve seat retainer and the body will be capped with expanded graphite to achieve the purpose of fire safety;
Anti-Static Device: To prevent static electricity generated by friction between the ball, stem and PTFE from igniting flammable materials and causing accidents, in this ball valve, static conductive springs are installed between the valve stem and the ball, and between the valve stem and the body, so that static electricity is grounded and system safety is guaranteed;
Free-Leakage Body Sealing Structure: The valve body and bonnet at the open and close positions of the valve are equipped with double capped gaskets and O-rings. On this basis, external leakage will not be caused by factors such as fire, high temperature, vibration and uneven opening or closing torque;
Low Operating Torque: Self-lubricating bearings are installed at the friction parts of the valve stem, resulting in wear resistance, flexible operation and low torque;
Double Block and Bleed: When the ball is in the fully open or fully closed position, the medium in the central cavity of the valve body can be discharged through the drain and vent device. In addition, the excessive pressure in the central cavity of the valve can be released to the low-pressure end through its own seat relief;
Emergency Sealing Compound Injection Hole Design and Compound Injection Valve: The compound injection valve is installed at the valve stem/bonnet and body support positions of the valve. When the valve stem or seat seal is damaged and causes leakage, this compound can be used for secondary sealing. A concealed check valve is installed beside each compound injection valve to prevent the backflow of the injected compound due to the medium pressure. The top of the compound injection valve is equipped with a quick-connect connector for the compound injection gun;
Extended Valve Stem: For valves installed underground, the valve stem can be extended for convenient operation, and the corresponding compound injection nozzle and drain valve can be extended to the position above the valve;
Automatic Body Cavity Relief: When the pressure in the valve body rises abnormally due to unstable factors, the downstream seat of the trunnion ball valve will be pushed by the normal pressure, and the abnormal pressure will be automatically released at the same time without damaging the seal of the upstream seat.
