A high-pressure ball valve is a type of ball valve control device suitable for high-pressure working conditions (usually with a pressure ≥ 10MPa). Its core function is to quickly cut off or connect high-pressure fluids (gases, liquids, slurries, etc.), and it features reliable sealing and easy operation.

It uses a ball as the valve core, and the on-off function is achieved by rotating the ball 90 degrees. The valve body is mostly made of high-strength materials (such as stainless steel, alloy steel). Sealing structures are divided into soft seals (suitable for medium-low to high pressure) and hard seals (suitable for ultra-high pressure and high temperature), ensuring no leakage under high pressure.

Widely used in fields such as the petrochemical industry, high-pressure hydraulic systems, natural gas transmission, and power stations, it can resist high-pressure impact, and has the advantages of fast opening and closing as well as easy maintenance, making it a key control component in high-pressure fluid pipelines.
