Applicable Temperature: -34℃ - 120℃, -196℃ - 550℃
Applicable Medium: Non-corrosive or corrosive media such as oil, water, gas, etc.
Manufacturing Materials: 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 304, 316, 316L, duplex steel, titanium material, etc.
Connection Method: Ferrule connection, welding or butt welding, socket welding, female thread, etc. (non-standard customization available)
Panel-mounted installation is available; with shut-off function.
Metal-to-metal sealing, suitable for harsh working conditions.
Piping: Ф3~Ф42, 1/16”, 1/8”, 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”
Taper Pipe Thread: ZG, R, G, PT, NPT, etc.
Each valve undergoes a sealing test with 10MPa nitrogen before leaving the factory, and 5% of the valves are subject to a sealing test with water pressure at 1.5 times the rated working pressure.
Application Fields of Ferrule Metering Valve
The main application of the ferrule metering valve is to precisely control the flow rate of gas introduced into vacuum vessels. It is widely used in industries such as petroleum, natural gas, nuclear engineering, power stations, ships, metallurgy, heavy machinery, and research institutes.
Features of Ferrule Metering Valve
Adopts a fine-thread structure design, ensuring high adjustment precision.
The shaft seal uses fluororubber for sealing, and the valve body is made of stainless steel through welding, resulting in low leakage rate.
