Products Description
Definition of High-Pressure Hydrogen Needle Valve
High-Pressure Hydrogen Needle Valves are manufactured in accordance with the highest quality standards, enabling high safety and a long service life even when used under extremely harsh operating conditions. These valves can be applied to both gaseous and liquid media, and can be opened and/or closed within 4½ turns.
Structural Features of High-Pressure Hydrogen Needle Valve
High-Pressure Hydrogen Needle Valves allow flow in all directions. Their innovative design reduces vibration, thereby eliminating the need for external clamps to secure the valve stem. The valves are also equipped with pressure relief holes, and the markings on the valve allow for traceability at any time. In addition, High-Pressure Hydrogen Needle Valves include a collar + gland nut with a cone and threads, specifically designed for hydrogen service. The materials specially selected for the needle valves are suitable for high-strength operating environments and prevent hydrogen embrittlement.
