Products Description
Definition of Integral Double Block Valve
The integral double block valve is mainly used in hydrogenation units, serving as an instrument root valve or process valve. The imported integral double block valve is a single valve body with two centers, jointly controlling two flow channels, and is equipped with short pipes at both ends. The valve body and the short pipes at both ends are integrally forged and machined as a whole, with no welding points.
It adopts a two-section structure consisting of an upper threaded valve stem and a lower valve stem with reverse seal. During the opening process, the upper valve stem rotates, while the lower valve stem does not rotate and only moves up and down along the axis. It features excellent packing seal performance and light opening and closing.
