Products Description
Definition of Stainless Steel Needle Valve
Stainless steel needle valves can withstand higher pressure and have excellent sealing performance compared to other types of valves. Therefore, they are generally used for sealing gaseous or liquid media with small flow rates and high pressures. Stainless steel needle valves are ideally suited for use with pressure gauges, and most of them are designed with threaded connections.

Product Features of Stainless Steel Needle Valve
The reliable integral bonnet structure prevents accidental disassembly of the valve. The grease for the valve stem threads is isolated from the system medium. The valve features a back sealing function when in the fully open position. Panel-mountable design is available. Equipped with a non-rotating valve tip. Undergoes factory pressure testing. Each valve undergoes a sealing test with nitrogen gas at the rated working pressure before leaving the factory.
