Definition of Five-Valve Manifold
The Five-Valve Manifold consists of a high-pressure valve, a low-pressure valve, a balance valve, and two calibration (blowdown) valves. It is suitable for various imported instrument devices and is installed in conjunction with various transmitters such as differential pressure, flow, and liquid level transmitters. During operation, the two sets of calibration valves and the balance valve are closed. When calibration is required, it is only necessary to shut off the high-pressure and low-pressure valves, open the balance valve and the two calibration valves, and then close the balance valve to calibrate and balance the transmitter.

Structural Composition of Five-Valve Manifold

Balance Valve (1 piece): Connects the high-pressure side and low-pressure side for pressure balancing.
High-Pressure Side Blowdown/Vent Valve (1 piece): Used for pressure relief or cleaning of the high-pressure side pipeline.
