Product Features of Explosion-Proof Electric High-Pressure Ball Valve
Wear Resistance: The valve core and sealing ring of the hard-sealed ball valve are both treated with carbon steel spray welding. Therefore, the hard-sealed ball valve will not suffer significant damage during opening and closing (hardness index: 65-70).
Excellent Sealing Performance: The sealing surface of the hard-sealed ball valve is ground until the center of the check valve is completely aligned with the sealing ring, ensuring reliable sealing performance.
Light Opening and Closing: A torsion spring is installed at the bottom of the hard-sealed ball valve's sealing ring to adjust the gap between the sealing ring and the valve core. When the external force exceeds the preload force of the torsion spring, the valve can be opened and closed very easily.
