Structural Principle of Electric High-Pressure Flange Ball Valve
The electric high-pressure flange ball valve features the following key characteristics: It is a three-piece connected forged steel fixed ball valve, where the valve body is divided into three parts at the two valve seat positions along the cross-section perpendicular to the axis of the valve passage. The entire valve is symmetric left and right along the central axis of the valve stem. It is mainly used in pipelines for cutting off, distributing, and changing the flow direction of media.
Its large pivot structure ensures the accurate central position of the ball under high pressure, guaranteeing excellent operating performance of the valve; the standard valve seat adopts a spring structure, which pushes the valve seat against the ball to ensure good bidirectional sealing performance at the inlet and outlet; the valve body cavity can discharge outward through the built-in drain valve; the pivot adopts a blowout-proof protection structure to effectively prevent leakage; bearings with a low friction coefficient minimize the torque, facilitating the opening and closing of the valve; the contact between the valve stem and the valve body ensures reliable performance of the grounding device, etc. It has advantages such as excellent performance, wide application range, and reasonable price.

Nowadays, electric ball valves have been widely used in industries such as petroleum, natural gas, food, hydropower, electric power, water supply and drainage, heating, and metallurgy. Product Features of Electric High-Pressure Flange Ball Valve
Low fluid resistance: Full-bore ball valves have almost no flow resistance.
A fire-resistant sealing ring is installed between the ball and the valve seat; even after the valve seat is burned out, the sealing function is still maintained.
Reliable sealing: It has two sealing surfaces, and the sealing surface material of the ball valve is plastic, which provides excellent sealing performance and can achieve tight sealing. It has also been used in vacuum systems.
Easy operation and long service life: Fast opening and closing—only a 90° rotation is required from full open to full close, facilitating remote control.
Convenient maintenance: The ball valve has a simple structure, and the sealing rings are generally movable, making disassembly and replacement relatively easy.
When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surfaces of the ball and valve seat are separated from the medium; the medium will not cause erosion to the valve's sealing surfaces when flowing through.
Wide application range: The nominal diameter ranges from a few millimeters to several meters, and it can be applied from high vacuum to high pressure conditions.
