Products Description
Definition and Working Principle of Ferrule High-Pressure Ball Valve
The working principle of the ferrule high-pressure ball valve is to insert a steel pipe into the ferrule, use the ferrule nut to tighten, press against the ferrule, and make the ferrule cut into the pipe to achieve sealing. No welding is required when it is connected to the steel pipe, which is conducive to fire prevention, explosion prevention and high-altitude operations, and can eliminate defects caused by improper welding. Therefore, it is a relatively advanced connecting valve used in the pipeline of automatic control devices in systems such as oil refining, chemical industry, petroleum, natural gas, food, pharmaceutical, instrumentation. It is suitable for pipeline connection of oil, gas, water, etc.

Features of Ferrule High-Pressure Ball Valve
Used for opening and closing of flow paths.
The ball valve has no flow regulation capability; if the system needs to achieve flow regulation, a control valve must be connected in series.
The standard form of the two-way ball valve is a horizontal valve; an angle valve can also be selected.
When the medium used is oxygen, degreasing treatment must be adopted.
Application Fields of Ferrule High-Pressure Ball Valve
Process Industries: Oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical engineering, power generation, water and wastewater treatment
Liquid media in high-pressure applications (e.g., water, hydraulic oil)
Test benches (e.g., for hydraulic components)
High-pressure panels
Wellhead Control Panels (WHCPs) and Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs)
