Definition of High-Temperature Hard-Sealed Ball Valve
The high-temperature hard-sealed ball valve uses a new type of sealing material for the valve seat. Compared with hard-sealed ball valves of similar products, its service life can be increased by 3 to 5 times. It has the advantages of stable performance, reliable sealing, low friction, easy opening and closing, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life. It is mainly suitable for media such as high-temperature flue gas, engine exhaust gas, and high-temperature mixed gas.
Structural Principle of High-Temperature Hard-Sealed Ball Valve
The surface of the high-temperature hard-sealed ball valve body is treated with spraying. After treatment for various working conditions, its hardness can reach HRC78. The sealing surface of the valve seat is also treated to achieve a hardness of up to HRC72. The ball and valve seat undergo paired grinding, and all sealing areas of the entire sealing surface of the ball valve are ground. It is suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure water, steam, petroleum, coal, fibers, viscous and corrosive media, as well as media containing particles. Applicable Media: Acids such as water, steam, and heat transfer oil; Operating Temperature: ≤550℃.

Excellent Performance
① The sealing surfaces of the valve seat and ball are sprayed with wear-resistant hard alloy. The coating has a hardness ≥ HRC70, bonding strength ≥ 100MPa, and porosity ≤ 0.1%. It is perfectly matched and ground to achieve full conformity, with a surface roughness reaching a mirror finish. This enables it to maintain wear resistance, erosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and reliable sealing performance even under harsh working conditions.
② During design, the linear expansion coefficient of each component at different temperatures is fully considered. A new elastic preloaded valve seat assembly and dust-proof design are adopted, and the sealing surface uses a scraper design. This effectively prevents valve seizure under any working conditions and ensures stable operating performance during high and low temperature cycles.
③ The valve flow channel and the end flange surface (which is easily eroded by the medium) adopt a high-hardness pure hard alloy wear-resistant bushing structure. This enhances the valve's erosion resistance under conditions of high flow rate, high erosion, and media containing high-hardness silicon powder. Its service life is more than four times that of previous products of the same specification, reducing maintenance frequency and improving polysilicon production efficiency.
Safety Design
① An external jacket is customized for the part of the valve most prone to erosion, and a pressure sensor is installed. Once the pressure-bearing part of the valve is damaged, the sensor will immediately alarm to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
② A "fin-type" elevated heat-dissipating stuffing box is adopted. While ensuring the safe operation of the valve by personnel, it effectively reduces the heat transfer of the medium and prevents the graphite packing from being damaged by high temperatures.
③ A dust-proof structure is designed at the valve stem to prevent the valve stem from being invaded by the medium, which would cause wear, seizure, jamming, and other issues. At the same time, an elastic loading structure is added at the packing part to ensure packing sealing and operating performance, extending the service life.
Operating Performance
The valve is equipped with a mounting platform design for the actuator, which allows for the replacement of various actuators. This provides convenience for customers to realize remote control and automated operation.
