Definition of Forged High-Pressure Ball Valve
All components of the forged high-pressure ball valve are forged parts. The soft sealing ring is embedded in the steel ring, and the steel seat is also machined with a sealing surface. O-rings are installed on both the radial and back sides of the steel seat to ensure no medium leakage. The valve stem adopts a bottom-mounted design, and a thrust bearing is installed at the shoulder to reduce the operating torque.
Fire-Resistant Function: Once the soft seal is burned out, the medium pressure pushes the ball against the steel seat, which can achieve the fire-resistant function.
