Definition of High-Temperature Needle Valve

High-Temperature Needle Valves feature high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and zero leakage. Their valve cores and valve stems undergo special wear-resistant and temperature-resistant treatment, with a temperature resistance of up to 900°C. They adopt patented special high-temperature alloys, have a pressure resistance of 200MPa, and offer an ultra-long service life. Various corrosion-resistant special materials can be customized. They are professional needle valves for high-temperature/low-temperature/special materials/pneumatic/electric control applications.

Technical Parameters of High-Temperature Needle Valve

Application: Suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, and frequent on-off occasions. Can be used for corrosive gases and liquids compatible with the valve material.

Structure Type: Transmission threads are outside the packing, providing good high-temperature resistance and contamination resistance.

Valve Stem Seal: Dual protection with packing seal and Viton O-ring seal.

Valve Core Structure: Non-rotating valve core, made of super-hard alloy, with long service life.

Valve Body Material: The part in contact with the medium is 316L stainless steel.

Packing Seal: Graphite-reinforced PTFE for standard type; graphite for high-temperature type.

Operating Temperature: -30℃～+200℃ (standard type); -40℃～+670℃ (high-temperature type).

Maximum Operating Pressure: 500bar for standard type (see the table below for details); 350bar for high-temperature type.

Structural Features of High-Temperature Needle Valve

One-piece body structure;

Dual valve stem design: Upper valve stem with threaded hardening; lower valve stem with smooth surface hardening;

Lubrication for upper valve stem threads can isolate the system medium;

Linear movement of the non-rotating lower valve stem replaces spiral movement, thereby avoiding damage to valve seat and valve tip components and reducing friction between the packing and the lower valve stem;

Full-bore reliable rear seat seal;

Optional panel mounting;

Dual high-lock bolts ensure long-term stable connection of the handle;

Handles available in multiple colors.
