Products Description
Definition of Internal Thread Needle Valve
The internal thread needle valve adopts an internal thread connection method. Each Niko Needle Valve undergoes a seal test using nitrogen at 1.5 times the rated working pressure. Valve accessories can be selected based on different pressures, temperatures, and media to ensure the valve does not leak under specific operating conditions and that the sealing elements do not experience poor sealing at the corresponding temperature. Additionally, functions such as shut-off, throttling, and flow regulation can be achieved by replacing the valve core.
The imported internal thread needle valve features better sealing performance and pressure resistance. It is generally used for sealing gaseous or liquid media with small flow rates and high pressures.
Working Principle of Internal Thread Needle Valve
The working principle of the internal thread needle valve is based on the positional relationship between the needle valve core and the valve seat to control fluid flow. When the needle valve core is pulled upward, fluid begins to flow through the channel in the valve body; the farther the needle valve core moves upward, the greater the flow rate. Conversely, when the needle valve core is pushed downward, the opening between the channels decreases, thereby reducing the flow rate. This design enables the valve to act quickly when opening and closing, with stable flow rate, making it suitable for occasions requiring accurate flow control.
