Products Description
Definition of Pneumatic High-Pressure Globe Valve
The pneumatic high-pressure globe valve is suitable for pipelines in various systems of petroleum, chemical engineering, hydropower, and thermal power plants with a nominal pressure of PN20~50MPa and an operating temperature ≤540℃. It is used to cut off or connect the pipeline medium.
Generally adopting a welded structure, the pneumatic high-pressure globe valve is mainly used in pipelines of various systems in thermal power plants. It is suitable for media such as steam and oil products, and features high-temperature and high-pressure resistance. The high-pressure pneumatic welded globe valve has good corrosion resistance and sufficient strength. Compared with other valves, it is characterized by high-temperature and high-pressure resistance and a unique self-sealing design—the higher the pressure, the more reliable the sealing.
Advantages of Pneumatic High-Pressure Globe Valve
The valve cavity adopts a pressure self-tightening sealing structure, and the higher the internal cavity pressure, the better the sealing performance.
The valve bonnet stuffing box has a reasonable depth, and the packing is added with corrosion inhibitor, ensuring reliable sealing and smooth opening and closing.
The valve is equipped with an upper sealing structure to prevent leakage through the valve stem when the valve is open and in operation.
Both ends of the branch pipe adopt a welded structure. The welding groove can be matched according to standards or user requirements.

Product Features of Pneumatic High-Pressure Globe Valve
Careful material selection, compliance with standards, reasonable structure, and elegant appearance.
The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and valve seat are formed by iron-based alloy surfacing welding or Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy surfacing welding, featuring good wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and scratch resistance, as well as a long service life.
The valve stem undergoes quenching and tempering and surface nitriding treatment, with good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.
Various piping flange standards and flange sealing surface types can be adopted to meet various engineering needs and user requirements.
A complete range of valve body materials is available; packing and gaskets can be reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or user requirements, making it suitable for various pressure, temperature, and medium working conditions.
The reverse seal is formed by a thread-connected seal seat or body surfacing with austenitic stainless steel, ensuring reliable sealing. The packing can be replaced without shutting down the machine, which is convenient and fast and does not affect the system operation.
