Products Description
Definition of Pneumatic Needle Valve
The pneumatic needle valve is powered by compressed air, enabling millisecond-level opening and closing. It features precise control, safety and reliability, and multi-purpose functionality. Suitable for various media such as hydraulic oil, water, and gas, it is an intelligent choice for the upgrading of modern industrial automation.
Technical Parameters of Pneumatic Needle Valve

Applicable Temperature: -20℃~570℃
Connection Type: Socket weld connection, thread, ferrule, etc.
Valve Body Material: 20#, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 304, 316, 316L, 12Cr1MoV, etc.
Suitable Media: Corrosive and non-corrosive media such as water, oil, and gas
Structural Composition of Pneumatic Needle Valve
The pneumatic needle valve is also called a pneumatically controlled needle valve (pneumatic control globe valve).
The pneumatic needle valve can handle high pressure up to 60000 psi (414 MPa).
It is classified into 3 types by pressure rating: medium pressure, high pressure, and ultra-high pressure.
Pneumatic control replaces manual control for needle valves, which is widely used and supports remote control.
There are 2 types of actuators: Normally Closed (NC) – closed in normal state; Normally Open (NO) – open in normal state.
The pneumatic needle valve consists of a controller and a needle valve body. The actuator is made of aluminum alloy material, reducing the overall weight; the needle valve body is made of 316 stainless steel, which offers better corrosion resistance and durability, as well as a longer service life.
Product Features of Pneumatic Needle Valve
Safety and explosion-proof, applicable to harsh environments.
Simple operation – can be controlled with a single air pipe.
Media compatible with the valve body: water, oil, gas, etc.
Uses low-pressure compressed air to drive the controller, which closes or opens the needle valve to control the on-off of high-pressure passing media.
