Products Description
Definition of Ultra-High Pressure Needle Valve
The ultra-high pressure needle valve adopts a non-rotating valve core structure, which eliminates rotational wear between the valve core and the valve body. The valve core and valve seat only move up and down, ensuring that the position of the sealing line remains unchanged during each on-off operation. This design delivers strong sealing tightness and a long service life of the valve. The ultra-high pressure needle valve is equipped with a specialized compressed gasket nut design, which ensures more reliable external sealing and no external leakage. The valve needle undergoes special process treatment, featuring high hardness, durability, and no damage. It supports panel mounting or bracket mounting.
Structural Design of Ultra-High Pressure Needle Valve
The valve body of the ultra-high pressure needle valve is made of cold-drawn stainless steel.
The valve body has three different designs, with a V-type valve needle.
The ultra-high pressure needle valve adopts a metal-to-metal sealing type, which provides an excellent sealing effect and extends the service life of the valve needle and valve seat.
The non-rotating valve needle can prevent valve seat wear.
The ultra-high pressure needle valve can be used for gas or liquid media. It is equipped with a large amount of traceable record data (lot number, maximum pressure, material model, type name).
Each ultra-high pressure needle valve is matched with a threaded sleeve and a retaining ring.
