Products Description
Definition of Ferrule High-Pressure Check Valve
The ferrule high-pressure check valve is specifically designed for high-pressure fluid systems that require reliable non-return performance and secure connections without welding. Its core feature lies in the ferrule-type connection structure. Through the ferrule (compression sleeve), a tight seal is formed between the valve and the pipeline, which offers the advantages of quick assembly/disassembly and reusability.
Technical Parameters of Ferrule High-Pressure Check Valve
Operating Temperature: -10°F to 625°F (-23°C to 320°C)
Operating Pressure: 6000 PSI (413 bar), up to 10000 PSI (689 bar)
Material: Multiple port types and valve body materials are available for selection
Cracking Pressure: 1 PSI to 25 PSI (0.02 to 1.7 bar)
Connection Port: 1/2" (1/8" ~ 1")
Actuation Method: Manual
Suitable Medium: Various highly corrosive chemical media
Application Fields of Ferrule High-Pressure Check Valve
Oil industry, petrochemical industry, semiconductor industry, pharmaceutical industry, natural gas industry, chemical industry, metallurgy industry, power industry, nuclear power industry, light industry, environmental protection industry, scientific research field, food industry, shipbuilding industry
Structural Features of Ferrule High-Pressure Check Valve
Materials suitable for sour gas environments meeting NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 are available (note: "MRO175" corrected to industry-standard "MR0175")
Hard-sealed elastic buffer valve seat, no noise, and effective non-return function
The check valve adopts a needle-type sealing design; the O-ring only serves as an auxiliary grinding seal, which effectively solves the problem of valve seal aging and extends the service life of the valve
Each valve undergoes a 22 MPa gas strength test, a 1 PSI seal test, and a cracking test before leaving the factory
