Small volume and light weight.
Wide application range.
The disc closes quickly and operates sensitively.
Small closing impact force, not easy to cause water hammer.
Unobstructed flow passage and small fluid resistance.
Product Features of High-Pressure Flanged Check Valve
The High-Pressure Flanged Check Valve is designed and manufactured in accordance with ANSI B16.34 and E101 standards, and can be used with imported equipment.
The valve cavity adopts a pressure self-sealing structure; the higher the internal cavity pressure, the better the sealing performance.
The two ends of the branch pipe are butt-welded connections, which can adapt to different pipe connection requirements.
The pressure-resistant components of the valve are made of high-quality heat-resistant alloy steel, which has good high-temperature performance, high pressure-bearing capacity, and is durable, safe and reliable.
The sealing surfaces of the disc and valve seat are formed by overlay welding of Stellite (cobalt-based) cemented carbide, featuring wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, good scratch resistance and long service life.
The disc rotates around the pin shaft outside the valve seat, which reduces violent impact during closing.
The built-in pin shaft structure reduces external leakage points and ensures more reliable use.
