Definition of Internal thread high-pressure check valve
The Internal thread high-pressure check valve is developed to meet the needs of the process industry. Its wetted parts are particularly suitable for natural gas and corrosive fluids, and also applicable to water and hydraulic oil.
The simple and robust design with a 4:1 safety factor enables the wide application of the CV-type check valve. The valve's design and high-quality sealing materials ensure high durability and sealing performance.
The sealing element (piston) is a dual sealing system composed of an elastic O-ring and a metal cone. Under backpressure conditions, both the sealing surfaces of the soft O-ring and the metal cone can prevent the medium from flowing backward. The principle of dual sealing ensures reliable sealing performance.
