Definition of High-Temperature and High-Pressure Check Valve
The high-temperature and high-pressure check valve is suitable for use as a device to prevent medium backflow in pipelines carrying high-temperature and high-pressure water, steam, oil products, and superheated steam in fields such as thermal power plants, petrochemical industry, and metallurgy industry. Its middle part adopts a valve coverless pressure self-sealing structure, which provides excellent sealing performance under high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions. There are two types of materials for the self-sealing rings: one is low-carbon steel, and the other is flexible graphite with 316 stainless steel wires (mesh). The sealing surface is formed by overlay welding of cobalt-based cemented carbide. The pure metal layer after processing is ≥ 3mm, featuring wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, and long service life.
